The IPod! A technological wonderful

My favorite piece of technology is the IPod.  The IPod is a line of portable media players designed by Apple that has many models. These models represent historical period in the world of the technologies. My favorite pieces inside these models Is the IPod touch 4G, because it is like a little laptop that allows me to be always connected.  I got it since the summer, I worked to get the enough money and this form I could buy my IPod 4G. The IPod has an operating system that allows using the different application just moving your finger across the screen. I spend a big part of my day in the iPod, because with this I can play, but as well work for the university. The IPod is a piece that has all! I like the IPod because it has many benefits useful in everyday of the life.

The IPod has changed my life, today it opens very opportunities that I can to take advantage. If I not have a IPod, I can lose many possibilities in my life.

I enjoy my free time...

The activities of my free time are the most important in the world. However I haven’t enough free time. The university takes up many hours of my life. The class, the books and the works are, today, the most present in my days.  Despite this I tried that my student activities don’t influence in my activities in free time.

When I’m in my home I like read books of thriller and see movies.  Anytime I play card with my sister. My principal indoors hobby I play the guitar and I record my own songs.  My outdoors hobbies change, in my free time I like play soccer in the university and in my neighborhood.  Also I enjoy go out with my friends, for examples at cinema, at Bellavista or at the pasture of “Juan Gomez Millas”

Since I was a child I go to stadium once in the months with my father. This is our moment and we enjoy so much.

Finally, in my opinion, my free time is well used. Despite that I take up many times in the student I enjoy the maximum of my time with my favorite activities.

Pierre Bourdieu

In the sociology we can know various artists that represented different trend of thought. Between these schools of thought we know positivism, hermeneutical and critic theory. In the late sixties to emerge a new trend of thought called structural-constructivism.      

Pierre Bourdieu was a French sociologist that founded the structural-constructivism. He was born in 1930 at Denguin. Starting from the role of economic capital for social positioning, Bourdieu pioneered investigative frameworks and terminologies like cultural, social, and symbolic capital, and the concepts of habitus. He was teacher first in the institute “Moulins”, later in Argelia, París and the city of Lille. Pierre Bourdieu died in 2002 because of cancer at the age of 71.

Between his most important works we can know are “El oficio de científico” (2001), “La miseria del mundo” (1993), “autoanalisis de un sociólogo” (2004) and “El sentido práctico” (1994).

I like Pierre Bourdieu because to introduce, in the sociology, new concept that transformed the form of see the society. Finally, in my opinion, Pierre Bourdieu is one of the most important sociologists in the actuality and for he is possible to recognize different parameters present every day, in the social relationship.

Music: The essence of my life.

When we talk of music a lot of idea comes back with our minds. Probably, everybody have different styles whit our characteristic. Therefore the music is a part important of our life. Since I was a little child the music was present in my life. My parents love the music and enjoy of this in every moment of your life.  Each one has a singular style to prove yours form of are.  The music is very important of my life before is part of my identity.

My favorite music style is the indie. In this I can found the mix between the old rock, for example the beatles, and new sound. My favorite band calls “The Strokes “and is one the greatest exponent of yours style. For much critic this band is the best band of the years 2000. My favorite song is “you only live once”, because it has component of classic rock  and new ideas that generate a very nice sound.

The last concert to which I went is “el abrazo”. In this concert were the best bands of argentine and chilean rock. It was cool!

Finally in my opinion the music is importan to the culture becouse it helps to express anything that We see in our society
